The VAC Ozone generation series are modular constructed, the ozone is produced in vacuum/ negative pressure, which means maximum operational safety with efficient and economical ozone production and simple operation at the same time.
Manufactured and equipped in accordance with German standard for ozone generators DIN19627, the EU directions according EN 1278 and the CE regulations.

The PSA series are modular constructed, i.e. the specified ozone generator capacity is achieved by a number of individual so-called ozone generation modules each coming with a high-voltage transformer.
They are designed and equipped for fully automatic operation and are consisting of all units and components necessary for the economic production of ozone from oxygen.
All components are accommodated in a painted steel cabinet arrangement equipped with all relevant safety and venting devices.

System components
Ready-to-use ozone injection system
The ozone injection systems of series OIS are compact skid-mounted units.
They are available in several capacities and materials for all ozone applications, which require effective injection of ozone into the water to be treated.
Dimension and capacity of pump, ventury injector and piping are individually selected to meet the requirements of ozone generator capacity, pressure of water treatment system.
consiting of:
Static-Mixer are mixing devices used for homogenuous mixing of several liquid and/or gaseous media. A mixing tube with inside welded mixing elements forms the static mixer. The mixing elements are specially designed for highest mixing degree at an extremely low pressure drop.
Geometric shape and dimensioning of the mixing elements effect an intensive mixing of the media, to be mixed.
Operating pressure and flow velocity determinate the mixing degree. The static-mixer is made for inline-mounting between two flanges.
Custom designed mixers, larger sizes, coating/inliner or other material on request.
