Negative pressure/vacuum ozone generation systems
Ozone generators in the K-VAC series are operated under negative pressure, which means maximum operational safety combined with efficient and economical ozone production and simple operation.
The ozone generation systems are built in accordance with DIN19627 and all relevant safety guidelines. They are generally equipped with a fully automatic air drying system for effective dehumidification of the required process air.
Oxygen ozone generation systems
SEWEC ozone generation systems of the K-/M-/G-OXY(F) series are designed for the efficient
efficient production of ozone gas from oxygen.
They comply with all relevant European standards and directives for ozone systems.
The required oxygen gas is supplied via external PSA oxygen concentrators or via a LOX system.

Ozone input system
SEWEC OZON’s OIS series ozone injection systems are built and mounted on a frame as a compact, ready-to-connect unit.
They are available in various sizes and materials.
The size and output of the pump and injector are individually designed according to the ozone generator output and the system pressure of the water to be treated.
Static mixer
SEWEC static mixers are used for the effective mixing of different media.
These can be gaseous and/or liquid.
The mixing elements installed in a mixing tube cause intensive turbulence and mixing of the media.
Due to the special geometric shape of the mixing elements and their arrangement, a high degree of mixing is achieved with minimal pressure loss.
The static mixer is installed in-line between flanges in the pipe.
Automatic bleed valve
A float opens or closes a variable nozzle opening, depending on the water level in the tank. After a short transient phase, the vent valve keeps the gas flow rate, pressure and liquid level constant.
